Shipping Policy

1. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

2. Under normal circumstances, delivery will occur within 3 to 9 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote areas may take longer. Please use your tracking number to monitor the status of your order.

3. Due to their bulky or fragile nature, some items are pickup only from our warehouse in Melbourne. If you insert a Victorian address at checkout, the “Local Pickup” option will appear for all products.

4. Please enter the postcode of your delivery address in the ‘Checkout’ section to see the calculated shipping cost for your order.

5. We work with different courier partners to provide reasonable freight costs and quality service. The type of courier used depends upon size and weight of each item and the delivery location.

6. Shipping fees are determined by the weight and size of each product. Therefore, discounts on shipping costs are not available.

7. Some products may be dispatched in more than one carton.

8. We currently dispatch only to addresses within Australia.

9. We strive to dispatch all products within two working days of receiving full payment. If you need to cancel a purchase after the product has been dispatched, please note that the postage fee may not be refundable. Additional postage fees will apply for re-delivery or redirection requests.

10. If you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return the item after receiving it, please note that applicable freight fees will be deducted from your refund and a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. Refer to “returns” policy for details.

11. Buyers must agree with the above postage and handling terms before purchase.
